I read an article last year about a woman who was teaching people about the power of water for meditation and healing. I was intrigued and want to share what she had to say so you can try it for yourself. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this meditation not only in my bathtub, but outside in my hot tub under the moonlight or in the morning with the birds singing in the trees.
